KERANG IJO
Bahan :
kerang ijo, cuci bersih.
rebus diair yang sudah diberi garam sedikit,
setelah rumah kerang terbuka, angkat tiriskan,
cocolan :
jahe 2cm diparut
2-3 sdm kecap asin
1 sdm minyak wijen/ minyak sayur, aduk rata
